I chose La Luna Romana because I wanted to visit Piazza di Spagna, and this hotel's location was perfect for that. The reception staff speaking multiple languages was a pleasant surprise. The numerous historical dining options nearby, including fine restaurants and wine bars, were a highlight. The breakfast buffet on the third floor offered a variety of delicious options.

Thin mattress, tiny rooms. Nervous with rattling lift.

This is my report on your accommodations booking in Rome, Italy. 1. The address of the property is NOT Via Quintino Sella 3. 2. It turns out that the address of the property is Via Flavia 84 which is a block and a half away. Local residents helped me find it. 3. There is a note on the door in the vestibule at Via Quintino Sella 3 (in Italian) that advises people to call a phone number but it is not helpful to a non-Italian speaking person who does not have a cell phone. 4. I was advised on check-in that only cash is accepted. Your information indicated that VISA and Euro MasterCard are accepted. 5. You actually advised me of the fact that I needed to check in at Via Flavia 84 in the eMail confirmation but not until 3/4 of the way through page 2 of your communication. Unfortunately, I was not able to read that confirmation until after I had been delivered to the address on page one of the printout that I received at the time of booking. Thank god for helpful Italians! 6. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. 7. There are no phones in the room. 8. There is no Internet access. 9. The breakfast is excellent. 10. There was no light over the basin mirror in the bathroom - Wires sticking out of the wall. I advised the desk but no action was taken. 11. The reception personnel were most solicitous but not too effective. Nothing that needed to be attended to was actually done. 12. Over-all, I was very satisfied with the accommodations and would recommend the facility to those who are looking for economical accommodations. If there are other questions for which you would like answers, please do not hesitate to send them to me by eMail.

Lack of Internet connection; no phones in the room; no television in the room.

The hotel was very nice. The team at the recaption very nice and frendlly.

Brekfest. We usually eat cheeses, eggs and vegetables as well. But it was o.k as a Continental meal

Staying at La Luna means being right in the heart of everything. An airport shuttle is available. Facilities like 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, Wi-Fi, and bus stops to major sites. You're between 2 metro stops and there's a bus stop to Piazza Venezia. It's located in an ancient palace. Free Wi-Fi and concierge services.

Oh, how I loved everything about La Luna. Really, no complaints.

I liked nothing from this hotel. It was a nightmare. The only person who was kind is the recepcionist.

It was terrible. It wasn´t hot water. The two womans who serve breakfast, they must not be there. Really bad !!! And from my bedroom was stolen money. They publicity an Address and the hotel is two corners from this one. Never more !!!

no correct location, which was indicated on site, rooms are not the same as at pictures, breakfast was not good, cleaning neither, had problems with hot water and finally to book is more expansive than pay cash and take few nights. ps. range of hotel at the site was 3 stars, but there i found out that range was 2 stars

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel called La Luna Romana for 3 nights. The day shift was excellent; they were helpful and knowledgeable. When storm damage occurred, I was immediately moved to another room. The decor was tasteful and pleasant, and the continental breakfast had plenty of hot water for tea. The location was very good, within walking distance to sights and shopping areas. There were also good restaurants nearby with delicious food and decent pricing. I highly recommend this hotel.

    Can recommend this hotel.

In the heart of Rome, you can easily reach the Coliseum and the Trevi Fountain. The hotel is set in a popular business district and the bus stops directed to the major sites of Rome are just in front of the hotel. The staff at the reception speaks multiple languages, making communication very convenient. The hotel is located in an ancient palace from the 19th century, adding a touch of history to your stay. Additionally, the buffet breakfast includes a variety of delicious options to start your day.

    Moldy bathroom ceiling.

Good hotel location (near train station, famous places). Very helpful and pleasant reception personal. Perfect place for tourists who want to spend time in the center of Rome for a good price..

Reception and breakfast are in the other building. Poor breakfast. Payment only in cash.

The hotel rooms are on other side of road and its very far. You have to come to reception area building for breakfast. This is crazy setup. Be careful !!!
